From Geometry to Toolpath
I independently developed a slicing script from scratch for large-scale 3D printing, designed to support both robotic-arm and gantry-based printing setups. The tool enabled users to transform and orient geometry while defining essential print parameters for real-time toolpath computation. A text editor integrated into the generator provided further control over the output, allowing the generated code to be customized.
The script was initiated by Vertico and hosted on Packhunt.io, an online generative design platform.
